Shipping Policy
SR Sales only ships Monday-Friday during regular business hours, which are 7AM to 3:30PM CST. We are an essential business that is a provider of many types of industrial parts. We usually require a 48-hour handling time but can process same-day shipments if specifically requested. If your order is placed early enough during the business day, 24 hours is all we need, or we could get it out the same day. All our inventory is owned and stored in our warehouses. We are not a drop shipper and not simply another e-commerce website! Most of our photos are of our exact parts but we sometimes use stock photos or logos for convenience.

What is the price of shipping?
Shipping costs to the lower 48 states are quoted in your cart. For expedited shipping, shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, or International shipping, please reach out to us prior to purchase as these are offerings that are provided with additional cost. We can ship to almost every region of the globe, regardless of the size of your shipment.
Are your parts new?
We only sell new OEM first-quality parts. We specialize in obsolete and slow-moving inventory, and we provide original OEM packaging whenever possible. Worried about the condition of our parts prior to purchasing? Inquire with your concerns and we can ease your mind.
Can you assist in fitment information?
While we help in any way we can, we prefer to leave fitment information to the experts. Please consult your local dealer for part information prior to purchasing from us. We cannot typically help you if you don’t know the part number. Any fitment information that we have was sourced directly from the OEM, so while it should be accurate, do not solely rely on it.
Do you ship LTL?
Yes, we can ship heavier and larger parts LTL, if necessary.

Returns
All purchases are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Please notify us with 15 days of your purchase and we will issue you a return goods authorization minus a 25% Restocking Fee. All parts to be returned must have our prior authorization to receive any refund or credit. All transportation/shipping charges on returns must be prepaid and the items being returned must be in their original, new condition as they were shipped to you. All electronic and electrical parts are NOT RETURNABLE.
